An 18th century deed from June 13, 1775 just slightly a year before the signing of the Declaration of Independence. One has to wonder the thoughts going through the minds of the writers and signers of this deed. With the Boston Tea Party behind them and the future uncertain, they must have been well aware of the impending conflict with George III and his government.
