Margaret Lutz, a widow), died in 1808 and had Adam Koh (Koch) as her executor who was instructed to sell all of her possessions to give Martin Lutz (1768-1827) his full inheritance of 22 pounds, 13 shillings, and 6 pence.  This release of responsibility was signed by Martin Lutz after his mother's estate was sold for cash to be split between Martin and his brother.
