An 1812 Holdy Bible published in Philadelphia by Matthew Carey. It was owned by Sarah B. Brooks and has its original title page, listing of the contents, and a book plate. The first few pages of Genesis is missing and the book has been well-used and well-read. It is bound in its original leather binding and is a beautiful early book. It is 7" x 4" x 3" deep.
