In this government pamphlet, the Creek Nation is to pay back items "stoeln' from the settlers in Georgia as the Creeks were fighting to save their land. There are pages and pages of 'payments and reparations' to the citizens of Georgia. Some claims were disallowed but most were allowed. The payments were "losses occasioned by Indian depridations".
