This is the plot plan for the revitalization of the Walker Farm on Horsehoe Island in the middle of Concord, NH. Horse-shoe Island was owned by the Walker family and by the 1860's the farm had fallen into disrepair. Joseph B Walker Esq, decided to drain the Horseshoe Pond in order to recover enough land to increase the fields for the farm.
