1960's 4H 'Tricks for Treats: A Fun with Foods Project Food Magic' Workbook
Tricks for Treats: A Fun with Foods Project; 4-H Food Magic and is about 34 pages long. These 4-H Project Books were used to help young members learn how to cook, raise animals, and grow food. As a member of the 4-H when I was in middle school, it still brings back great memories of being part of the 4-H. It is amazing that this member book is in such great condition with only Amy's name at the beginning of the booklet.
It is described as "an introductory unit on 4-H Food and Nutrition based on the work of Frances Cook, Evelyn SB. Spindler, Fern S. Kelley, Dorothy Duncan, Christine Groppe, and Richard F. Davis. It was published by the National 4-H Service Committee for the Cooperative Extension Service of the United States Department of Agriculture and the State Land-Grant Universities.
